This song is found in Bhakti Caru Swami's album "Sri Krsna Bhavanamrta Vol. 3" This song does not have the sixth verse. This song was also found in the Hindi film Ankahi (1984) with this very bhajan sung by Bhimsen Joshi which he included the sixth verse.
